Hello friends, Both myself & Moments with Merry have been going through a season of growth this winter. I’m in the last month of an artistic mentorship program and it has been life changing. For me and my business, but also for you. My 2023 word of the year is clarity, so I thought now would be a good time to clarify the MWM purpose!
The MWM purpose --- Be You, Be Free, Be Seen! This purpose is an expansion of the why behind MWM which hasn't changed --- we should all be seen as our truest self!
Capturing children doing what they love and seeing the freedom they so easily have has been my inspiration from the start. I’ve been chasing this feeling myself and seeing how attainable it can be, I want it to be be available to everyone. By reconnecting to the child within you can be free! You are worth being seen as you are!
Being free to be yourself allows you to be seen. You are living your legacy everyday and it deserves to be captured. For you and also for the next generation. They will be so thankful to you for making the choice to freeze time for them. My love of photography paired with grief and rediscovering the child within has brought me to where I am today.
